About the Role
Join a global leader in insurance services, as we expand our Real Estate Liability Claims team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a newly established department, where you'll handle a diverse portfolio of claims, including real estate liability, personal injury, and European cases. We're seeking a proactive professional ready to make an immediate impact and grow into a future team leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a variety of claims, including real estate liability, injury, and European cases.
* Ensure accurate documentation and timely resolution of claims.
* Liaise with clients, insurers, and third parties to facilitate efficient claims processing.
* Utilise claims management systems to track and report on case progress.
* Contribute to the development and refinement of departmental processes and best practices.
Qualifications
* 2–3 years of experience as a claims handler, preferably in real estate or liability claims.
* Familiarity with legal procedures and insurance claim documentation.
* Proficiency in claims management systems.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Additional language skills (Italian, French, or Spanish) are advantageous but not essential.
