The Recruitment Group is looking for an Instrument Lifecycle Co-ordinator supporting the Instrument Lifecycle Management team for our Client based in Loughborough. The role of the Instrument Lifecycle Co-ordinator is a long-term role and is paying £14.49 per hour for 37.5 hours per week.

Shifts:
37.5 full time hours per week – (flex start time between 7am - 10am and finish between 3pm and 6pm).

Key Responsibilities
Laboratory Equipment Management
Support the lifecycle of laboratory equipment qualification by assisting in planning, execution, and completion activities in compliance with GxP standards.
Assisting in equipment procurement, delivery, and installation to help meet project timelines.
Contribute to the planning and coordination of qualification activities, working with internal teams, external service providers, and suppliers to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.
Provide support in preparing, reviewing, and finalising qualification documentation, including protocols, reports, and related records, in line with regulatory requirements.
Support ongoing calibration and maintenance activities within the department to maintain equipment reliability and compliance.

This role requires building strong working relationships with:
Analytical and Development Services colleagues and laboratory end users
Validation personnel across the organisation
Business leaders across the global organisation
External partners, vendors, and auditors
Skills & Experience
Minimum of 2 years’ experience within a pharmaceutical GxP environment, including involvement in qualification and calibration activities.
Familiarity with applications such as Chromatography Data Systems (e.g., Empower), and Electronic Laboratory Notebooks (ELN).
Familiarity with analytical equipment including High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) and Gas Chromatography (GC).
Bachelor’s degree in analytical sciences or a related field.
Excellent interpersonal, organisational, good attention to detail and communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.
