Job Description
PFI Lifecycle Manager - South of England (flexible working)
Covering schools & hospitals across the South
Start: ASAP | £350pd - Temp to perm
I am looking for an experienced PFI Lifecycle Manager to oversee lifecycle works across education and healthcare sites in the South of England.
You’ll manage lifecycle plans, funding, and delivery - ensuring assets meet contractual and statutory standards while keeping projects on time and budget.
What you’ll need:
- Proven PFI lifecycle management experience (ideally education/healthcare)
- Strong technical & commercial skills
- Excellent stakeholder & project management
- Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Surveying, or Construction
You’ll handle everything from funding allocation to invoicing, working closely with the SPV to keep processes smooth and compliantBefore You Apply
