Lift Engineer

Lift Repair, Lift Service, Lift Industry

Service & Repair | £65,000+ OTE | Local Route | Training opportunities

Basic Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 DOE
Benefits: £500/week standby, highly paid overtime, all travel paid, NVQ Level 4 funded, management progression

Locations: Brighton, Hove, Eastbourne, Worthing, Littlehampton, Bognor Regis, Burgess Hill, Southampton, Portsmouth, Haywards Heath, Winchester, and surrounding areas.

Marmon Lift Recruitment is recruiting for an experienced Lift Engineer to join a respected lift company covering Brighton and the South Coast. Offering £65,000+ OTE, £500/week standby, paid travel, a local route, and genuine progression into senior technical or management roles.

The Lift Engineer Role

  * 

    Service, repair, and maintenance of passenger and goods lifts

  * 

    Electrical and mechanical fault finding

  * 

    Breakdown response and call-outs

  * 

    Planned preventative maintenance

  * 

    Accurate reporting of repairs and defects

  * 

    Managing your own route and customer relationships

Requirements of a Lift Engineer

  * 

    NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering (or equivalent)

  * 

    Minimum 2 years' lift industry experience

  * 

    Background in service, repair, or installation

  * 

    Full UK driving licence

  * 

    Within commuting distance of Brighton
