Lift Service & Installation Engineer
£37,000 – £40,000 + Overtime + Bonus | Full-time, Permanent
Lancashire & UK-wide travel | National Contracts | Career Progression
Are you an experienced lift engineer looking to take the next step in your career? Join a well-established, independent UK lift company that’s expanding rapidly thanks to a surge in national projects. This is your chance to work with a team that designs, manufactures, installs, and services its own bespoke lift systems – all under one roof.
What You'll Be Doing:
*
Service, maintenance, and breakdown support at customer sites
*
Installation and commissioning of bespoke lift systems
*
Working with a wide range of commercial and residential clients
*
Routine servicing and part of a 1-in-4 callout rota (subject to change)
*
UK-wide travel, with accommodation and expenses fully covered
*
Delivering quality work on schedule and to safety standards
What You’ll Need:
*
Recognised qualifications in lift engineering (NVQ3 minimum)
*
At least 4 years’ experience in lift service and/or installation
*
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
*
Full UK driving licence
*
Customer-focused and reliable
What’s in It for You:

£37,000 – £40,000 base salary

Overtime at time-and-a-half

Monday–Friday, 8:00–17:00 (early finish Friday)

£20/night stay-away allowance + all travel expenses covered

Company van + fuel card

£30/month phone allowance or company phone

24 days holiday + bank holidays
*
Sick pay from day 1

Annual attendance bonus (£350–£400)
