Lift Installation Engineer
South Wales (Surrounding areas considered)
Full-time | £42,790 per annum (£21.10 p/h)

Marble Talent Group is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a highly respected, independent lift company known for its quality in manufacturing, installing, servicing, repairing, and refurbishing lifts across the UK.
We’re seeking an experienced Lift Installation Engineer to join a thriving installation team. If you’re based in South Wales – or just outside – and looking for a fresh opportunity with a company that values quality work and employee well-being, this could be the ideal move.
💼 The Role
You’ll be responsible for the installation of passenger, goods, and service lifts across various sites, working closely with the Installation Manager and managing your own site logistics and time effectively.
Key Responsibilities:

Install lift equipment across commercial and industrial sites
*
Liaise with internal managers and teams to ensure seamless delivery
*
Maintain high standards of site organisation and time management
👤 About You
We're looking for a motivated engineer who takes pride in their craft and enjoys working independently.
You will need to have:
*
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Lift Engineering (essential)
*
Strong experience in lift installation across various lift brands
*
Excellent communication and customer service skills
*
Full UK driving licence
*
Commitment to health and safety practices
*
CSCS card (preferred but not essential)
*
Willingness to complete a DBS check
