REClifts is recruiting on behalf of a global lift engineering company for a Lift Repair Supervisor / Lift Engineer to join their expanding UK operations. This is a hands-on role for an experienced Lift Engineer ready to take the next step into a supervisory position, while still remaining active on the tools.
The Role: Lift Repair Supervisor
As the Lift Repair Supervisor, you will lead and support two dedicated repair teams, working closely with management to ensure efficient scheduling, smooth project delivery, and high standards of workmanship. You'll take the lead on more complex jobs, mentor less experienced engineers, and help organise team rotas and day-to-day logistics.
This is the ideal opportunity for a skilled Lift Engineer who enjoys repair work but is also ready to take ownership of team coordination and field leadership.

Key Responsibilities - Lift Repair Supervisor
Carry out lift repair works across a variety of sites
Supervise and support two other repair teams in the field
Take the lead on complex or high-priority repairs
Assist with scheduling, planning and rota organisation
Ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
Liaise with service managers, clients, and other departments
Support training and mentoring of junior engineers
What We're Looking For - Lift Repair Supervisor
NVQ Level 3 qualified Lift Engineer (or equivalent)
Strong experience in lift repair and troubleshooting
Proven ability to lead or mentor other engineers
Comfortable balancing tools-based work with supervisory duties
Organised, proactive, and confident in communicating with clients and teams
Valid UK driving licence
