Job Description
Teamforce Labour are currently seeking an experienced Lift Supervisor for an immediate start on a deep drainage project in Leiston, Suffolk.
Requirements:
Valid Lift Supervisor (CPCS or NPORS) ticket
SSSTS
Full understanding of lifting operations and industry standards
Previous experience working on deep drainage or heavy civils projects is highly preferred
Strong understanding of site safety, lifting operations, and teamwork
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise all lifting operations on site in accordance with lifting plans and safety procedures
Coordinate closely with crane operators, slinger/signallers, and site management
Ensure all lifting equipment is used safely, correctly, and in line with LOLER regulations
Maintain clear communication with site teams and ensure all lifts are executed efficiently and safely
Complete relevant documentation including lift plans and risk assessments when required
