Your Role: Lift Technician
In this high-impact position, you'll act as the technical backbone for a team of Lift Engineers across London, ensuring all service and repair activities meet the highest standards.
You will : Lift Technician
Diagnose complex lift faults and deliver expert on-site support
Lead technical testing and commissioning (training provided if not NVQ 4 certified)
Support engineers over the phone and in person
Supervise high-stakes repairs and lift operations
Provide mentorship, hands-on training, and enforce H&S compliance
Create detailed technical reports and share insights with senior management
Liaise with sub-contractors and ensure standards are upheld across the region
What We're Looking For: Lift Technician
Ideally NVQ Level 4 in Lift Engineering Qualified (or part Qualified) Minimum 3 years' experience in a senior lift engineering or testing role
Confident with electrical/mechanical diagnostics and lift fault resolution
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Full UK driving licence
Based in or near Central London- However client will accept anyone who is able to commute into London from Essex, Kent, South, or North London.
