Light Assembly Operatives
Rugby (Central Park)
(Apply online only) Mon - Fri (moving to rotating morning/afternoon shifts after training)
£12.50 p/hour (rising to £14.22 p/hour when on rotating shifts)
Full Time - Temp to Perm
We are looking for experienced light assembly/production operatives to join a busy engineering company in Rugby.
This is a unique role where you will handle ceramic products and either:
Chemically coat them in a special bath,
Apply coatings using a screen-printing machine, or
Apply coatings by hand using fine hairbrushes.It's a mix of sitting and standing work, using microscopes and working to strict quality standards.
This role would suit someone who has experience in light assembly, has a good eye for detail, and enjoys tasks that require high levels of focus and concentration.
PLEASE NOTE: You must be fluent in both written and spoken English.
This role offers you:
£12.50 per hour
Shift allowance taking you up to £14.22 per hour when on rotating shifts
37 hours paid per week
