Line Leader - Food Production
£13.68 - £14.42 per hour (depending on experience)
Full-time | Monday to Friday | 5:15am - 2:30pm
Food Manufacturing | Permanent Role

Are you an experienced Line Leader or ready to take the next step in your production career? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing food production team delivering premium products to major supermarkets and retailers across the UK.
We're looking for someone who is proactive, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll be responsible for supporting the smooth running of the production line, ensuring quality standards are met, and leading a team with confidence and care.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and run the production line to meet daily targets
Follow standard operating procedures and food safety regulations
Monitor efficiency, troubleshoot issues, and maintain accurate records
Train and support new team members
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
Report progress and concerns to management as required✅ What We're Looking For
Previous experience as a Line Leader preferred (but not essential)
Good understanding of manufacturing standards and food safety
Strong organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills
Comfortable using tablets or basic computer systems
FMCG experience is a bonusOwn transport is helpful but not essential, as the site is accessible by public transport.
