What we’re looking for in a Line Leader Operative

Previous experience working within food production or manufacturing
A full, UK driving licence (essential)
Understanding of food safety and production compliance standards
Ability to operate or learn production machinery and processes
Strong attention to detail when checking quality and recording data
Ability to work at pace and meet production deadlines consistently
