📍 Worcester
⏰ Mon–Thu 07:45–16:30 · Fri 07:30–13:30
💼 Full-time, temp to perm contract
💰 £12.21 per hour
We’re seeking a detail-focused finisher to carry out abrasive belt grinding/linishing to remove burrs and achieve consistent surface finishes on metal components.
Key Responsibilities
Linish/grind parts to drawings and finish specifications
Inspect surface quality; report and support rectification
Change/maintain belts and keep tools/work area in good orderSkills & Experience Required
Steady hands and a strong eye for finish & consistency
Able to follow job cards/drawings and use basic gauges
Previous linishing/abrasive finishing experience desirable
Organised, tidy, and quality-drivenWhat We Offer
