About the Role
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Lithographic Print Assistant to join a skilled and supportive printing team. You’ll work alongside an experienced Print Minder to produce printed cartons and sleeves using Komori G40 6-colour presses with coating units. Full training is provided, making this an ideal position for those looking to grow within the print industry.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in the operation of lithographic printing presses.
*
Support the Print Minder with daily production tasks.
*
Prepare and organise raw materials for print runs.
*
Maintain press equipment and ensure high-quality output.
*
Meet daily production targets and uphold BRCGS standards.
*
Communicate effectively with all departments.
Skills & Requirements
*
Previous print or manufacturing experience preferred (training provided).
*
Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
*
Good communication and organisational ability.
*
Flexible and motivated to work rotating shifts, including nights.
