£40,500 £2,000 signing on bonus!
Swindon
A well-established printing company is seeking an experienced Litho Press Operator to join their busy production team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, producing high-quality colour print work for a variety of clients.
You’ll work on the night shift 6pm-6am (Week one: Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sun, Mon, Tues. Week two: off) on a weekly rotating basis
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain litho printing presses to produce colour print jobs to specification
Prepare and set up presses, including colour matching and paper handling
Monitor print quality, adjusting as required
Ensure adherence to production schedules and deadlines
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on press equipment
Work closely with the production team to meet client expectationsRequirements:
Proven experience as a Litho Press Operator, preferably in colour printing (preferably Heidelberg although full training is provided if you’ve gained experience with KBA, Roland, Komori)
Strong understanding of lithographic processes and press operation
Attention to detail and quality-conscious mindset
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
Good communication skills and a team-oriented approachSalary and Benefits:
A salary of £40,500 is on offer for this role, plus a £2,000 signing on bonus once you’ve successfully completed your probationary period.
