Implement quality control measures to ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency in case handling and documentation, fostering a collaborative and accountable team environment. * Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on case law, procedural rules, and statutory developments relevant to debt recovery and litigation. Ensure the legal team remains informed and compliant with current legislation and regulatory changes, contributing to risk mitigation and strategic planning. * Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering tailored legal advice, managing expectations, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. * Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement within the Case Management System. Contribute ideas and feedback to enhance system functionality, streamline workflows, and improve data integrity, supporting continuous operational improvement.
