Litigation Solicitor / Property Litigation Solicitor
Location: Bedford, Bedfordshire (Hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote)
Salary: £50,000 – £80,000 + Excellent Benefits
Are you a driven Litigation Solicitor with a passion for property, commercial and civil litigation? A leading regional law firm in Bedford is looking to appoint a skilled and proactive Litigation Solicitor to handle a diverse caseload and contribute to the continued growth of its successful litigation department.
This is an opportunity for a qualified solicitor with a balanced background in property litigation and civil/commercial disputes, looking to take their career to the next level.
Key Responsibilities of Litigation Solicitor / Property Litigation Solicitor:
Handle a varied caseload involving property disputes, civil litigation, and commercial litigation matters
Deliver high-quality legal advice and representation to a nationwide client base
Contribute to business development and departmental growth
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and professional standards
Do you have:
Qualified Solicitor with PQE in Litigation
Experience in both property litigation and civil/commercial litigation
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and legal drafting skills
Excellent communication, time management, and organisational abilities
Must be within a commutable distance of Bedford
