Our Client, a reputable and expanding law firm, is looking to recruit talented and driven Civil Litigation Solicitors to join their successful team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the development and growth of the Civil Litigation department across multiple offices.
Key Responsibilities of the Litigation Solicitor:
Managing a varied caseload of civil litigation matters, including contract disputes, property disputes, debt recovery, and personal injury claims.
Providing high-quality legal advice and representation to clients on a range of civil litigation matters.
Working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Actively participating in the business development and marketing efforts of the department.
Liaising with clients, opposing parties, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient case progression.
Attending court hearings and undertaking advocacy where appropriate.Requirements of the Litigation Solicitor:
A minimum of 2 years’ PQE in civil litigation, with experience in managing your own caseload.
Excellent client care, communication, and negotiation skills.
The ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team.
Junior solicitors or those looking to further develop their skills are also encouraged to apply.
