Job Description

Dispute Resolution Solicitor / Legal Executive (NQ-5+ PQE)
 Leeds | Hybrid Working

We are seeking a Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a growing dispute resolution team handling a varied litigation caseload, with a focus on property litigation and professional negligence.

Key Responsibilities

Manage litigation matters from start to finish
Advise clients and take instructions
Handle a mixed caseload including property litigation and professional negligence
Maintain accurate time recording and billing
Ensure compliance with professional standards
Support senior team members as required

About You

Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
Experience in litigation (property litigation, professional negligence or contentious probate desirable)
Strong organisational and communication skills
Able to manage a busy caseload independently
Detail-oriented with a client-focused approach
