We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Head Chef to lead our kitchen team in a busy, well-established managed pub. This is a live-in role with a private 1-bedroom flat provided, ideal for someone seeking both stability and a great working environment.

Your Responsibilities as Head Chef
Leading and motivating the kitchen team
Delivering consistently high-quality pub classics and seasonal dishes
Managing stock levels, ordering, and controlling food costs
Ensuring full compliance with health & safety and food hygiene standards
Training and development of junior team members
Working closely with the General Manager to support pub performance
What We’re Looking for in a Head Chef
Previous experience as a Head Chef or strong Sous Chef ready to step up
Solid understanding of kitchen financials and GP management
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong leadership and communication skills
Passion for great food and high standards
A team player with a positive, hands-on approach
