Role: Live-in Housekeeper
Days: Monday – Friday
Hours: 50 hours per week (7.00am – 7.00pm with a 2-hour break)
Location: Chiswick, West London
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £46,000 - £50,000 gross per annum (DOE)
Accommodation: Provided
Start date: April 2026
We are looking for a live-in Housekeeper for a private family in Chiswick, West London.
The Housekeeper will be working for an UHNW private family of three (two principals and their 7-year-old daughter). You will be joining a small household team including a Chef and PA, and work independently to maintain the property to a high standard of cleanliness and organisation.
Duties and responsibilities;
* Full housekeeping including deep cleaning when needed
* Laundry and ironing
* Making beds and changing linen
* Organising wardrobes
* Occasional simple meal preparation
* Assisting with travel preparation and packing
* Babysitting and ad hoc childcare, taking the little girl to activities/school when needed
* Supporting with the care of two cats
The ideal candidate will have previously worked for an UHNW private family in London as a live-in Housekeeper, be super professional and discreet and capable of working independently. A candidate who holds a driving license and is confident driving in London would be preferred. A vehicle will be provided for the occasional school drop-offs/collections and errand running.
The role is to start in April 2026.
To be considered for this role you must;
* Have 5+ years of experience working as a Housekeeper within a private household
* Have excellent contactable references
* Be eligible to work within the UK
* Hold a valid passport
* Have (/ be willing to get) an up-to-date DBS certificateBefore You Apply
