Job Description
Are you a passionate and dedicated teacher eager to inspire Key Stage 2 learners?
We are looking for a Full-Time Lower Key Stage 2 Teacher to join our supportive and forward-thinking school team in Hertfordshire from September 2025. This permanent role is open to both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) ready to make a meaningful impact in the classroom.

The Role:
As an LKS2 Teacher, you will deliver an exciting and creative curriculum to Years 3 and 4, ensuring all pupils receive tailored support to reach their potential. Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the National Curriculum for LKS2.

Create a positive, inclusive learning environment that motivates and engages all students.

Support pupils’ social and emotional development within a caring classroom community.

What We’re Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

Experience or enthusiasm for teaching in Lower Key Stage 2 (Years 3 and 4).

Strong classroom management and the ability to foster a positive learning atmosphere.

Ability to differentiate learning to meet the diverse needs of pupils.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
