One of my local government clients is seeking reliable and hardworking Refuse Loader to join their Waste Management team. You will be responsible for collecting domestic waste, emptying dog waste and litter bins, and operating heavy machinery.
This is a physically demanding role, working as part of a team of 2–3 people. Suitable candidates must be comfortable with outdoor manual work and early starts.
Responsibilities:

Collection of domestic waste and recyclable materials
*
Emptying litter and dog bins around the district
*
Operating lifting machinery to empty bins
*
Ensuring all waste is collected safely and efficiently
*
Working in accordance with health and safety standards
Requirements:

Previous experience in refuse/waste collection or similar manual work preferred
*
Driving licence preferred
*
Ability to work well in a team
*
Good timekeeping and reliability
*
