With an annual salary ranging from £27,000 to £30,000, this Loans Administrator position offers a competitive package. You'll enjoy 28 days of holiday, plus bank holidays, and benefit from an optional company pension scheme. The role also provides a great work-life balance with early finishes on Fridays. Our client is a reputable company within the finance industry, known for their high net worth clients, they specialise in offering tailored financial solutions and pride themselves on their professional yet friendly approach. As a Loans Administrator, your responsibilities will include: Preparing loan documentation for new business and renewals. Coordinating with panel solicitors to secure perfected security documentation. Liaising with Borrowers, Brokers, and the Sales Team to ensure timely loan completions. Issuing retention documentation and monitoring exposure levels for development facilities. Managing and maintaining client files and records. Conducting searches with HM Land Registry and Credit Reference Agencies. Managing post-completion loan processes and ensuring compliance with security and insurance registers.Package and Benefits: The Loans Administrator position offers a comprehensive package: Annual salary of £27,000 - £30,000. 28 days holiday plus bank holidays, with the office closed at Christmas. Optional company pension scheme. Standard working hours from 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Thursday, and 8.30am to 4pm on Fridays.The ideal Loans Administrator will have: Experience working in a regulated and professional environment  Experience working in a funding environment would be a huge advantage Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. A high level of organisation and time management skills.
