A prestigious international Bank is seeking a qualified Lawyer with experience as a Loan Documentation Specialist.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing the preparation and completion of loan documentation (bilateral and syndicated) to ensure full compliance with the Bank’s standards and regulatory requirements
* Collaborating with Account Officers regarding documentation queries, tracking and release to meet business needs – ensuring validity and alignment with approved credit terms
* Liaising with law firms to obtain opinions on the validity and enforceability of documents
* Managing NDAs for both primary and secondary deals
* Providing post-closing documentation support
* Preparing documentation for the release of securities upon credit approval
Your experience must include:
* Be a qualified lawyer
* Proven experience handling loan documentation for commercial real estate for investment and development
* Chinese speaker is ESSENTIAL
* Ideally experienced with LMA primary and secondary documentation
