As a Portfolio Manager, you will:
Take ownership of loans post-completion to ensure full return of principal and interest.
Navigate loans in arrears, breaches of loan covenants, and the receivership process.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders including borrowers, brokers, funders, and solicitors.
Serve as a member of the Credit Committee.
Ensure loans comply with contractual terms and assist with payment collections.
Track loan performance and escalate early warning signs to management.
Assist borrowers with redemption strategies and issue formal demand for payments.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintain accurate records.Package and Benefits:
