Lobby Ambassador
42 hours per week over 5 shifts

£30,240 Per Annum
Super smart and engaging Lobby Ambassador required at a super luxurious residential development in Nine Elms. The role of the Lobby Ambassador is to support the overall welcome and farewell experience in order to meet and exceed the residents expectations. The position primarily involves assisting with resident parcels and deliveries and working closely with the concierge team to ensure smooth daily operations. You will also be required to ensure a clean environment for both the pre and post resident move-in and move-out process, manage keys, be a source of information to residents, their guests and visitors on various matters such as amenity offerings & activities, and ensure that all operating equipment used by the door team is regularly cleaned, well maintained, and in a proper working condition; reporting all malfunctions to the senior managers and/or Engineer on site. The Lobby Ambassador should have significant experience gained within a similar role, previous experience of delivering excellent customer service, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a good understanding of Health and Safety processesBefore You Apply
