Job Title: Local Change Manager
Location: Lincoln (4 days on site, 1 day remote working)
Contract Length: 6 months initially

If you excel at communication, training, and ensuring smooth transitions during organizational shifts, this role is for you.
What You'll Be Doing
*
Strategically design and implement change management activities, evaluate change implications, and formulate robust strategies, including detailed plans
*
Identify and mitigate resistance, provide guidance and coaching, and engage stakeholders to secure buy-in at all levels
*
Develop and deliver communication and training programs, assess user preparedness, and address gaps, including tailored programs and plans for new tools and software (MS Excel, Tableau, PowerBI)
*
Monitor and report on change management issues, define and measure effectiveness, and build/manage teams engaged in change activities
*
Communicate effectively with all staff and provide coaching and mentorship during transitions
What We're Looking For
*
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*
Experience in coaching, mentoring, or training roles
*
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
*
A proactive and problem-solving approach
*
Experience in a service industry is a plus
*
Experience with MES / SAP knowledge of routings or how parts move through production processes in a manufacturing facility
