Hourly rate: £22.48 PAYE / £29.85 Umbrella
Location: Clapham Park, London
Job Type: Hybrid (3 days in office)
Contract Duration: 3 monthsWe are seeking a dedicated individual to support a General Needs Housing Operations team, covering the Lambeth and Southwark Boroughs. This is a temporary, three-month role based in our Clapham Park office. The position is crucial for assisting the team in managing a high volume of work and addressing general queries.
Day-to-day of the role:
Provide comprehensive support to the Housing Operations team.
Assist in managing and clearing down the current volume of work efficiently.
Handle general queries from residents and other stakeholders.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations across the Lambeth and Southwark Boroughs.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to housing operations.Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in administrative or support roles, preferably within housing or similar sectors.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
