Job Title: Localization Tester
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Localization Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough functional testing, including stress testing, of newly developed features and ensuring their quality before release.
Responsibilities
Perform thorough functional testing, including stress testing, of newly developed features.
Conduct stress testing of core tool functionalities in the QA environment approximately one and a half weeks before the release date.
Execute smoke tests in the Production environment after a new release has been deployed.
Escalate any issues identified during QA and Production testing to EPMs, Engineering Managers, and Product Managers for prompt resolution.
Create detailed reports with test results.
Maintain clear communication with Engineers, EPMs, and Product Managers regarding test results and convergence.
Verify that fixes and enhancements are implemented as expected.
Provide user support coverage when the Support Specialist for their time zone is unavailable.
Essential Skills
Proficiency with MacOS.
Experience in Testing and Quality Assurance.
Ability to create and execute test cases.
Strong communication skills.
Experience with Python programming.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Relevant degree and testing qualifications.
