🕒 Day: Mondays (ongoing requirement, to be reviewed in the New Year)
Session Times:

Morning: 09:00 – 12:30 (with some flexibility on start/end time)

Afternoon: 15:00 – 18:00

Mixture of face-to-face and telephone consultations

Self-generated admin and paperwork

No home visits required
