Locum QA Auditor (Children's Social Care) - Slough

Rate: £40.80 per hour
 Contract: Temporary | Full Time
 Location: Observatory House, 25 Windsor Road, Slough, Berkshire, United Kingdom
 Hybrid working: Minimum 3 days per week office-based

Are you passionate about improving social work practice and ensuring the highest standards for children and families? We're looking for a Quality Assurance Auditor to play a key role in driving quality and consistency across children's social care services in Slough.
 
In this role, you'll challenge and support frontline staff and managers, helping to improve practice and embed best practice in line with service improvement objectives. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a journey to strengthen and enhance children's services.

About you

You will be:

A qualified Social Worker
Experienced with substantial frontline and supervisory work in children's social care
Confident in quality assurance processes and applying learning to improve practice
A strong coach/mentor, able to influence, inspire, and support a culture of learning and reflection
