Are you an experienced Senior Social Worker looking for your next locum role? We're working with a supportive MASH team in Ipswich who need someone confident in assessments and decision-making to hit the ground running.
What you'll be doing:
✨ Gathering information and assessing following social care referrals
✨ Making clear, evidence-based recommendations in line with the Thresholds Document
✨ Working closely with families and partner agencies to achieve the best outcomes
✨ Using your professional judgement to guide next steps and safeguard children
What we're looking for:
✔️ Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England
✔️ Strong assessment and analytical skills
✔️ Experience working in children's social care at senior level
✔️ Someone who can work with confidence and independence
