Job Role: Part-time Logistics Administrator
Duration: 12 Month Fixed-Term Contract (Minimum)
Hours: 10:00AM-14:30 Mon-Fri (22.50 hours per week)
Currently we are recruiting for a part time (22.50 hours per week) Logistics Administrator based on site in Camden. You will ensure the physical movement of stock both in and out of the Logistics Department, ensure that this is correctly documented, the computer records match the movement of stock.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Organise transport of stock for Retail and Wholesale.
* Organise and export returns shipments and CS shipments abroad.
* Manage E-com returns, quality check products, complete SAP flow correctly.
* Liaise with E-com department in case of discrepancies and 3rd choice information.
* Prepare export documentation and liaise with carriers to organise shipping Ensure SAP is updated and stock cleared on a weekly basis.
* Ensure parcels received are opened within an authorised Inbound area and within the timeframe outlined in our KPI’s.
* Operation of shutter and physically taking in deliveries, whilst ensuring all procedures are followed
* Quality check, serial number and packaging/document checks to be performed Goods received in SAP
* Assist with pickup and delivery, a service where a shipping kit is sent to a client for them to return their repair to us. This involves booking DHL shipments online, picking and packing the correct kit dependent on the brand and ensuring shipments are processed accurately. This also involves communicating with the brands directly.
* Process transfers and ODN’s, Pick & Pack goods, checking serial number and quality.
KEY SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
* Previous Logistics and stock management experience,
* Flexibility, able to work as part of a team as well an on your own.
* Fast reaction and able to prioritize.
* Open minded regarding projects and changes.
* Computer Literate, SAP experience a benefit.
Salary £17 700 (Pro-Rata)
