Location: Gloucester, Gloucestershire
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 18:00
Pay Rate: £12.74 per hour
Key Responsibilities
Inputting and maintaining accurate data across internal systems
Supporting daily logistics and transport operations
Coordinating with drivers, warehouse teams, and planners to ensure timely deliveries
Producing delivery documentation such as manifests and proof of delivery
Handling inbound queries via phone and email in a professional manner
Monitoring delivery statuses and flagging any issues to relevant departments
Filing and organising paperwork and digital records
Providing general administrative support to the operations team
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Previous experience in an administrative role (logistics/transport experience is beneficial but not essential)
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Proficient IT skills – confident using Excel and internal systems
A proactive, can-do attitude and ability to work in a team
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Willingness to learn and grow within the logistics sector
