Our client is looking for a Logistics Administrator to support the smooth delivery of clinical trial products. You’ll work with couriers, clients, and internal teams to make sure shipments are accurate, on time, and fully compliant.
What you’ll do:
* Manage import/export paperwork and courier bookings
* Keep shipment records accurate and compliant
* Handle client and courier queries
* Coordinate with internal teams to meet deadlines
* Support process improvements and cross-training
What we’re looking for:
* Experience in logistics, supply chain, or GMP environments
* Strong MS Excel & Word skills
* Excellent organizational and communication skills
* Attention to detail and accuracy
