Role: Logistics and Freight Coordinator
Location: Remote - UK-based (ideally near Sussex)
Hours: Full time

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Logistics and Freight Coordinator to join a highly regarded international business through Clearline Recruitment. This fully remote, UK-based role focuses on the secure movement of high-value commodities worldwide and offers a rare chance to work with an elite client base, with occasional travel to Switzerland.

The Requirements:
Proven background in secure logistics and high-value freight forwarding
Expertise in global shipping legislation, compliance procedures, and risk controls
Solid understanding of UK and cross-border logistics operations
Fluent in English and German (French language skills desirable)
Advanced IT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office
Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and advanced problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage sensitive information with the utmost discretion
Residing in the UK (ideally near Sussex) and willing to travel to Switzerland when required
The Role:
Manage all aspects of secure transport and logistics for high-value shipments internationally
Oversee compliance with customs laws, import/export policies, and international trade regulations
Coordinate documentation and customs clearance processes for imports and exports
Maintain close communication with couriers, storage providers, and private clients to guarantee safe and efficient deliveries
Keep thorough records of all shipping activities and ensure all procedures remain compliant with current regulations
