The Company you will be working for;
MTrec Commercial are proudly representing our industry leading client on their search for an experienced Logistics & Stores Administrator to join their team on a full time permanent basis. If you feel you have the required skills and experience for the role, then please apply for an immediate response!
The Role you will be doing;
* Booking and tracking transport and courier collections
* Handling export documentation and delivery notes
* Ensuring accurate photographic dispatch records
* Updating ERP systems and internal spreadsheets
* Liaising with transport companies and internal departments
* Ensuring compliance with shipping and packaging documentation
* Providing cover for logistics coordination when needed
* Producing ad hoc reports and supporting the European Logistics Manager
About you
* 1 year logistics experience
* Organized and able to handle multiple tasks with precision
* Communicative, with strong interpersonal skills to liaise across departments
* Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
* Eager to learn, especially ERP systems and warehousing modulesBefore You Apply
