IRD Recruitment is working with a growing logistics business to recruit a Sales Specialist focused solely on new business development. This is not an account management role – your focus will be on winning new customers and earning recurring commission for up to 12 months per account.

Track performance and update management on progress
What We’re Looking For

Sales experience is a plus but not essential – full training provided
*
Confident communicator with strong telephone presence

Motivated, self-starting, and goal-oriented personality

Able to manage time effectively and stay focused on KPIs
