Job Description
Carbon60 are seeking an experienced Logistics Business Controller to join their clients dynamic team within a leading aerospace environment based in Broughton. This position is a contract position running until December 2026.
As this is a contract role, we have both PAYEE and Umbrella rates available. This position offers full time hours of 35 hours per week. There is a hybrid option available once you are settled into the role.
Key Responsibilities
Lead financial planning and forecasting, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Develop and maintain multi-year financial targets and models.
Produce accurate financial reports and analyse performance deviations.
Identify cost optimisation opportunities and monitor savings initiatives.
Support execution through resource reviews, headcount targets, and cost reallocation.
Approve and audit purchase orders, commitments, and accruals.
What We're Looking For
Strong finance knowledge with experience in financial reporting and governance.
Background in logistics or operational environments.
Ability to analyse complex data and provide actionable insights.
Experience in process improvement within a manufacturing setting.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
This role is pivotal in driving financial planning, analysis, and governance within logistics and operational areas. You will play a key part in improving processes, supporting decision-making, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
