Job Description
Logistics Client Success Manager
* Sunningdale, Berkshire
* Permanent
* £30,000-£40,000 (DOE)
* 08.30 to 17.00 (With flexibility 1 in 3 weekends to take calls, from home)
Our client is a fantastic, down-to-earth company, where their industry knowledge is evident to see! They have a very exciting opportunity for someone to join their fun and vibrant, (but definitely hard-working) team as a Logistics Client Success Manager. Flexibility with WFH can be discussed at interview - they are very open to this for the RIGHT candidate.
* Have you got strong experience of working within Logistics, working with other freight forwarders?
* Are you experienced in making customs entries?
* Have you got a solid background in dealing with airlines, yourself?
* Do you hold a clean UK drivers license and own a vehicle

The role itself, would involve the following:
* Liaising closely with customers & shippers to understand their shipping requirements
* Monitoring shipments for their arrival into the UK
* Working with customers to ensure that we work to their expectations
* Customs Clearance using Cargowise
* Liaising with hauliers to arrange shipment collections and deliveries
* Arranging collections with the UK and overseas customers
* Liaising with the warehouse to ensure freight is received
* Communicating with the warehouse to request shipment on hand details when needed
* Making Bookings with the airlines
* Arranging customs entry filing for export
* Raising export documentation
* Following up with the airlines to check the cargo has departed.
* Quoting of import & export shipments
* Billing shipments as per quotes or customer rates
If you have a minimum (or very close to) 3 years’ experience in UK Import and Export procedures as well as experience in using Cargowise (preference) then we would like to speak with you! (TODAY)!
