Job Description
I am delighted to be partnering with a well-established UK fashion brand that has experienced exceptional growth, particularly during the COVID period, and continues to expand its operations. The business is now seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join its team in Cheshire.
This newly created position will play a key role in managing the flow of goods from suppliers into the warehouse and onwards to key retail partners. It represents an excellent opportunity to contribute to a company that has consistently achieved year-on-year sales growth and values individuals who wish to make a meaningful impact.
In this role, you will:
Track incoming shipments to ensure on-time arrival and resolve any delays or discrepancies
Maintain accurate records of supplier delivery schedules and confirmations
Liaise with warehouse teams to coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries
Act as a key link between warehouse, sales, and merchandising teams
Coordinate delivery schedules in line with customer requirements
Update internal systems with delivery and order information
Monitor and report on delivery performance metrics
Support in troubleshooting and escalating logistics issues as needed
About you:
Experience in logistics, supply chain, or B2B customer service
Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Confident communicator who enjoys working cross-functionally
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook); experience with ERP/WMS systems a plus
