Job Description
Are you an experienced Warehouse and Logistics Operative looking for a new opportunity? Would you like to join a close knit team based in Wimborne? This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role, combining typical warehouse duties alongside office based logistics duties.
As a Logistics Coordinator, you will have the chance to be part of a small, supportive team where your contribution directly helps ensure orders are packed, processed and delivered efficiently to customers internationally.
The Role
Your time will be split between administration and warehouse packing duties, providing variety throughout the day.
Duties
* Preparing and processing shipments
* Printing and organising shipping labels
* Liaising with couriers regarding collections and delivery schedules
* Updating customer shipping portals and dispatch records
* Managing and booking courier collections
* Handling incoming deliveries and ensuring they are processed correctly
* Packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
* Supporting the team with general warehouse tasks
* Ensuring the packing and despatch area remains organised and efficient
About you
* Reliable and organised individual
* Comfortable with both administrative and hands on work
* Good attention to detail when preparing orders and documentation
* A strong team player who enjoys working in a small team environment
* Basic computer skills for shipping systems and portals
