£28,000 per annum

A well‑established specialist manufacturing business based in Totnes is seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to support its growing logistics and warehouse operations. This Logistics Coordinator role sits within a technically driven environment, supplying specialised products to customers and partners in the UK and across global markets.

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will take ownership of day‑to‑day logistics activities, ensuring goods are accurately prepared, documented, and despatched efficiently. This opportunity is ideal for a hands‑on Logistics Coordinator who enjoys working in a fast‑paced, organised, and team‑focused setting.

Key Responsibilities of the Logistics Coordinator

Booking inbound arrivals into the facility as a Logistics Coordinator
Packaging consignments for despatch across the globe
Liaising with freight forwarders and UK shipping partners
Managing warehouse stock, organisation, and inventory control
Raising shipping and export documentation
Supporting additional logistics and site activities as required by managementAbout You

To succeed in this Logistics Coordinator position, you will have:

Previous experience in logistics and/or warehousing
Forklift experience preferred (or willingness to train)
Good IT skills (MRP systems advantageous)
Strong organisation and time‑management skills
A positive, can‑do attitude and a willingness to support the wider team
