Job Description
Are you a logistics whizz who loves a challenge?
We're looking for someone to "own" the entire shipping process.
This is a crucial role where you'll make sure clients get their products on time, every time, all while boosting customer satisfaction and driving down costs.
Your role:
Coordinate all shipments, from small packages to massive bulk orders.
Be the go-to person for Production and Warehouse teams, making sure everything runs smoothly.
Manage data exports and create shipping labels
Take charge of our returns system and keep track of all monthly invoices.
Build and maintain strong relationships with courier and warehouse partners.
Lend a hand with packing when needed.You will need
Experience in a similar role
Experience in export documentation This is an office based role - 5 days a week - working 08:00 - 16:30 or 08:30 - 17:00 daily.
