I am currently seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to join a leading residential contractor on a large-scale new build scheme based in Walthamstow. This is an immediate start opportunity offering long-term work on one of London’s most exciting developments.
Project Details:

£100 million residential scheme
*
Approx. 600 new build units
*
Work alongside an established Logistics Manager
Role & Responsibilities:
*
Oversee and coordinate all site logistics activities
*
Manage site labourers, haul roads, walkways, and material movements
*
Organise and control deliveries and storage of materials
*
Ensure the smooth and safe operation of all logistics processes on site
Requirements:
*
Proven experience as a Logistics Manager on large residential or mixed-use projects
*
Strong leadership and communication skills
*
Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment
*
Available for an immediate start
