The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to lead the full planning, coordination, and daily management of all site logistics operations. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of materials, people, and plant, working closely with the site team and supply chain to support construction progress.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the overall site logistics strategy in line with the construction programme.
*
Manage a team of logistics operatives and subcontractors to ensure site efficiency and safety.
*
Coordinate deliveries, traffic management, waste removal, and material distribution.
*
Maintain clear communication with project management, site teams, and suppliers.
*
Monitor and enforce compliance with all health, safety, and environmental procedures.
*
Report on logistics performance and adapt plans as needed to support project demands.
Requirements:
*
Proven experience as a Logistics Manager on major construction projects – data centre or large-scale infrastructure experience highly desirable.
*
Strong leadership and organisational skills.
*
A proactive, solutions-focused approach to complex site challenges.
*
Knowledge of construction logistics planning tools and traffic management protocols.
*
CSCS card and relevant qualifications (SMSTS, CPCS, etc.) preferred.
