Oswestry Packing Facility SY10 8NL

Rotating shift pattern including days and night shifts

How will you make an impact?

Reporting into the Logistics & One Cheese Manager you will be responsible for overseeing logistics operations, ensuring efficient distribution, and maintaining high standards of service, safety, and performance.

Other main responsibilities will include the following;

  * Oversee daily logistics, distribution, and transport operations to ensure smooth product flow.

  * Deliver products on time and within budget while optimising overall supply‑chain efficiency.

  * Lead, coach, and develop warehouse and logistics teams to maintain high performance.

  * Track KPIs and champion continuous improvement across processes and systems.

  * Maintain full compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards while collaborating closely with production, planning, and site teams.

What will you need to succeed?

You will bring proven experience in logistics or supply‑chain management, using your leadership and people‑development skills to drive positive change and continuous improvement across operations. You will be building and embedding a strong, high‑performance team culture grounded in engagement and accountability. You will be applying excellent organisational and problem‑solving abilities in a fast‑paced environment, whilst communicating confidently while managing a wide range of stakeholders.
