Are you ready to take off with a career in aviation logistics? We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented team member to help keep our operations running smoothly. As a key part of our high-energy team, you'll play a hands-on role in managing aircraft components and supporting our growing business.
Your Mission:
Accurately book and track aircraft components in our inventory system
Photograph, package, and store aircraft parts with precision
Process repair orders to keep operations on schedule
Pick and prepare aircraft parts for shipment
Stay on top of inventory through regular stock control and light admin tasks
Collect orders from local customers and suppliers

We're Looking For Someone Who:
Lives in the Miami / Fort Lauderdale area
Is available full-time (Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week)
Has a passion for or experience in the aviation industry
Is confident using Word, Excel, and Outlook
Brings energy, enthusiasm, and a service-first mindset
Works well both independently and in a team setting
Can prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Holds a valid driver's license (forklift certification is a plus!)
Speaks and writes fluent English
