Job Description

Russell Taylor Group are looking for good, reliable Logistics Supervisor to work on a commercial construction project in SG8, Royston starting ASAP!

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving organisational goals.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily activities of team members, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Manage workflow and allocate resources effectively to meet production targets.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff.
Address any operational issues promptly and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing health and safety regulations.
Foster a positive team culture through effective communication and collaboration.
